These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Video Pipeline application ("SVP", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using SVP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SVP is a local desktop software application that assists users in automating video processing workflows, including transcription, video cropping (e.g., creating 9:16 portrait cuts), and scheduling video uploads to third-party social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X.

2. Local Processing and Responsibility

SVP operates strictly as a local client on your device. We do not provide cloud hosting, storage, or processing for your videos.

• You are solely responsible for providing your own internet connection and ensuring your hardware meets the necessary requirements to run the software.
• Because all data and authentication tokens are stored locally on your device, you are entirely responsible for the security of your device and the safeguarding of your data.

3. Interaction with Third-Party Platforms

SVP facilitates the upload of your content to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. By linking SVP to your social media accounts, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of those respective platforms, including but not limited to:

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third-party platforms. You understand that your use of their services via SVP is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or content removals enacted by these platforms resulting from your use of SVP.

4. User Conduct and Content

You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you process using SVP. However, you agree that you will not use SVP to:

• Upload, post, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates the rules of the target social media platform.
• Spam, harass, or abuse others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the official APIs of the connected social media platforms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SVP is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will continually maintain compatibility with third-party APIs, which may change at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers of SVP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or account suspension) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the software.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SVP after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
